All items purchased can be returned or refunded but this must occur within 7 days of purchase.

Jungle Athletics will do its best to respond to all refund request in a timely manner.

Return requirements:

• Refunds will be for the total cost of the product.
• Items must be unopened.
• Unsealed items cannot be returned.
• Accessories must be undamaged to qualify for a return.
• Items on clearance cannot be returned. All sales are final in this instance.
• Returns and exchanges should include your receipt.
• Returns and exchanges should be initiated by the original purchaser.
• Products must be returned using suitable shipping materials that will not cause damage of any kind to the product. It is best to return the product in a similar manner as it was shipped to the customer.
• A partial refund may occur in some cancellation instances. Each cancellation will be handled on an individual basis.
• Jungle Athletics will never ship defective products from our warehouse. If a defective product is received, please contact us.

Once a request has been received, we will work with the customer to arrange the return or refund subject to the above requirements.

If your refund is approved and the item is out of stock a full refund will be issued.
